Аннотация: Рассматриваются практики использования цифровых коммуникационных площадок внутренними мигрантами для поиска работы и жилья, накопления социального и финансового капитала. По результатам анализа более 2,5 тыс. текстов, размещенных в «мигрантских» социальных медиа, делается вывод о сходстве проблем и механизмов их преодоления, обсуждаемых на площадках внутренних и трансграничных мигрантов. Ключевая тема рассмотренных текстов - дефицит жизненно необходимых сконцентрированных в городе ресурсов. Восполнить дефицит внутренние и трансграничные мигранты пытаются с помощью неформальных горизонтальных сетей, чьи возможности усиливаются благодаря цифровым технологиям. Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов. The article discusses the practices of using digital communication platforms by internal migrants to find work and housing, and to accumulate social and financial capital. The purpose of the study is to consider digital communication platforms of interregional and intraregional migrants in Siberia - the groups in «Vkontakte» and «Odnoklassniki» and thematic branches of forums - as one of the factors influencing the process of their structural adaptation. The empirical base consists of more than 2.5 thousand texts posted in social media platforms of migrants. The issues related to rental housing, seeking employment and other aspects of the functional inclusion of migrants in the socio-economic life of the host city are discussed at these platforms. This interest is due to the fact that we know little about internal micro-level migration to Siberia, the problems people face when crossing regional borders, and how they use digital technologies to solve these problems. Considering the city as a network structure that accumulates, produces and redistributes resources, we can say that digital platforms are used by marginalized groups, including cross-border migrants, to connect to such resource as "network nodes". It is a kind of interfaces and spaces associated with certain sequences of actions. People can get regular access to city resources performing these ones. It is also known that the digital communication platforms are the mechanisms for supporting "transnational" communities, providing sustainable communication and logistics between the region of origin and the host region. The key problem that appears in most of the reviewed texts is the lack of resources - information, social capital and money. It can be concluded that internal migrants use digital technologies to facilitate the process of structural adaptation to the host city. They do it in a similar way to cross-border migrants. The use of digital technologies allows them not only to accumulate the experience necessary for building mental simulations of the key moments of the migration path, but also to take it out of space and the current moment.
