Аннотация: The article discusses the implementation of the approach of long-term maintenance of software for objects of geographically distributed transport infrastructure, including the space segment. This approach is presented in the logic of the life cycle model as a separate stage. The group of actions related to the provision of this stage is decomposed in the IDEF3 notation. Variants of diagrams of administrative workflow, configuration management and archive management have been developed. The resulting model streamlines and regulates activities that provide information support for the development project. The model allows you to identify the main processes and objects, identify the participants, and also decompose tasks in order to possibly obtain their temporal characteristics. It is possible to represent the hierarchical relationship of documents and components, expressed in the project configuration, as well as to express the logic of managing archives, that is, the results of developing specialized software.
