Аннотация: Currently, the conflict has escalated, reflecting the contradiction between the public and commercialeffectiveness of projects implemented in the field of urban space transformation, and generating an unbalanced development of the urban environment due to the asynchronous development of its various components. The main reason for the emergence and deepening of conflicts in the development of urbanized territories can be considered the inconsistency of the interests of economic entities at different levels of the hierarchy. At the same time, economic (commercial) interests are the basic economic category that determines business activity and forms the conditions of capitalization. The study hypothesizes that the consensus of interests of economic entities, the absence of which causes the unbalanced development of urbanized territories, can be achieved only by taking into account and harmonizing the goals pursued by all subjects of the development of urbanized territories. The analysis of the goals of the subjects of the development of an urbanized territory, their interests and types of conflicts arising during the development of urbanized territories substantiates the need to create such a management system for the balanced development of the environment in urbanized territories, which would be based on the harmonization of the interests of subjects of different levels of hierarchy. At the same time, the effective development of urbanized territories, taking into account the concept of consensus of economic interests formed by the authors, makes it possible to realize their hidden investment potential. The proposed areas of coordination of economic interests form the basis of a new concept of management of the development of urbanized territories, which assumes that relations between the subjects of the development of these territories are built on a mutually beneficial basis, ensuring a balance of interests of authorities, the population (including public th the implementation of this concept will the sustainable development of urbanized territories be ensured.?
