Аннотация: The article presents the results of a study conducted among the employees of the "Regional children's and youth sports school", as well as parents of children attending sports and recreation groups based on a swimming pool. It was aimed at determining the current state of the sports facility "Swimming pool”. A number of shortcomings have been identified in the organization of the process of rendering the services provided.
