Аннотация: Today, the main method of working out the welding modes and selecting the optimal parameters of EBW is welding of product samples. The aim of the study is to reduce the time of selection of optimal technological parameters of the process of electron-beam welding of products and to improve the quality of welded joints. The prototype consists of three program parts: Technologist's software, EBW simulation software and database. This prototype gives the user the opportunity not only to record the technological process of welding, but also to choose ready-made technological solutions, to simulate the EBW process according to specified technological parameters. The use of the proposed prototype makes it possible to minimize the costs of the enterprise for working out the technological process of electron-beam welding, as well as to create an information base on the conducted welding of products and ready-made technological solutions of the EBW process.
