Аннотация: Electric motors are used to control the movable table in electron beam welding. However, today, electric motors are widely used in the fuel industry. In particular, various types of electric motors are used for the injection and pumping of biofuel. In order to increase wear resistance and strength, it is proposed to connect the bimetallic ring to the rotor of the electric motor by electron beam welding. Since bimetal is understood as a coating on the surface of the base metal of another, for example, titanium and aluminum, it is accordingly necessary to work out the technological process, namely, to find the technological parameters to obtain a stable quality of the weld. On the basis of a mathematical model previously developed by the authors, in this work, simulation modeling of the electron-beam welding process in the manufacture of electric motors with a bimetallic ring in the COMSOL Multiphysics environment is carried out.
