Аннотация: The educational program at the university is designed accounting the interests of the university and the requirements of regulatory documents. The curriculum contains academic disciplines with the corresponding parameters: a semester, a number of credits, study room hours, types of tutorials. For its implementation the following resources are employed: a number of teachers (at departments), a number of students (in groups), study rooms (for classes), various types of equipment, lots of educational literature and a number of electronic courses. A set of academic disciplines is combined with each set of resources. Each resource type has its own parameters. To allocate the resources, these parameters and other conditions must be considered. This is a multicriteria optimization goal. Resource parameters and restrictions may be changed in the course of a syllabus adjustment that requires the development of a new educational program plan. It can be done using the concept of Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support (CALS), which is widely applied in industry, but not in education. The concept of CALS is based on the use of automated information systems covering the area of foreign language practice.
