Аннотация: Рассматривается синтетичная природа литературно-критического дискурса, в котором вычленяются элементы художественного, научного, риторического, рекламного типов высказывания. В дискурсной открытости автор видит причину адаптации критики к ситуации кризиса литературоцентризма. Existence of various forms of criticism (journal, newspaper, television, network) is explained by the synthetical nature of literary criticism. The theory of criticism creates the concepts criticism as a science, criticism as literature, criticism as political journalism. From our point of view, critical discourse is synthetical. It was generated as a result of influence of art, scientific, publicist, rhetorical, advertising discourses. Synthetical character allowed criticism to expand forms, to adapt for a situation of loss of large reader's audience. Literary-critical discourse is a form of a broader mentative discourse. Critical judgement influences substantially and emotionally, supports and directs attention of the reader, forms certain knowledge (about these or those tendencies of literary / social life) and skills (attentive reading, estimation), forms intentions and actions of the reader, focuses on this or that literary production, corrects the choice. The author describes communicative conditions, which form communicative / rhetorical strategy of the critical statement. Humanitarian scientific discourse also influences literary criticism. The element of subjectivity caused the specificity of criteria of accuracy of critical understanding. At the same time criticism develops principles of scientific character. Implication, creativity, world modelling co-relate literary criticism and fiction. Modern criticism resists the status of a secondary, literature-subordinated instance. It wants an equal to literature status of the creator of senses, models of the world. Modern critics use traditions of literature as fiction for the purposes of personal self-presentation. Absence of categorical imperatives co-relates criticism and advertising. As well as in advertising, imperatives of criticism are focused by inquiries of the addressee, its needs and experiences. As well as advertising, criticism has pragmatic purposes. Literary-critical discourse is open to the influence of many other discourses, and this feature allows it to adapt in the situation of crisis: to penetrate into non-journal formats, to capture the maximum readers and partly to overcome the crisis of self-identity.
