Аннотация: This work is devoted to the imperfection of the legislation written to regulate the existing criminal executive system, being the factor determining the corruption in the mentioned system. The certain number of 'meaningless' references (in some cases the references to 'nowhere') and the language which does not clearly describe the functions and the responsibilities of the regulatory authorities and their representatives are, according to the authors, the factors to be considered the reasons of corruption.
