Аннотация: The article is devoted to searching the ways of successful implementation of the federal government strategy for the development of physical culture, sport and tourism in the Russian Federation according to the part of the provision to increase the number of students who are regularly engaged in physical culture and sports at least twice a week up to 60% of the total number of students. One of the reasons hindering the implementation of this provision is the large number of the irregular attendance of classes on physical training by the students who tries to combine working and learning activities. To solve this problem the authors propose to consider the possibility of free admission to training classes for these students with the obligatory visit of two lessons per week at a convenient time for them. The experimental results indicate that the chance to give this opportunity to young people enables them combining work and study to reduce the number of training classes significantly (P
