Аннотация: The effect of doping on the transport properties of solid electrolytes La<inf>0.9</inf>Sr<inf>0.1</inf>ScO<inf>2.95</inf>+xFeO<inf>1.5</inf> (x = 0.1–15.0 wt % FeO<inf>1.5</inf>) has been elucidated by investigating the electrical conductivity of these materials by the four-probe method and the impedance method as a function of external parameters, namely, temperature T (150–900°C), oxygen partial pressure (0.21 ? 104–10–15 Pa), and humidity p<inf>H<inf>2</inf>O</inf> (0.04– 2.35 kPa). Samples of the solid electrolytes have been investigated using X-ray powder diffraction, electron microscopy, and Mossbauer spectroscopy. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
