Аннотация: In order to increase the calculation efficiency of the solution of pattern recognition problems dealing with large samples, a nonparametric algorithm of classification is proposed which is based on the regression estimation of the probability density. The asymptotic properties of these algorithms and the problems of the estimation of the confidence are investigated.
