Аннотация: The problem of staff turnover in retail trade is very important. the percentage of unemployment in the retail sector is quite large. This sector doesn't need a higher education, that means that a salary less, than in other sectors. Usually, people who haven't better place to work join retail trade companies. As a rule, the temporary workers work there. Three methods for determining that an employee is going to resign were presented. Sometimes it is impossible to retain the employee. In this case, you need to educate new employees. Two ways of teaching the salespeople in the shortest possible time were considered, coaching and training.
