Аннотация: Individual house is designed for a family of four. The main task of the project is to create a compact, ergonomic, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly modern residential building with a built-in garage. The composition of the project: master plan, situational scheme, floor plans, facades, section, visualization of the project, photo of model. General plan of the site is divided into the following functional areas: entrance area, playground, rest zone, working area, garden. Entrances to the house and workroom are located on the south side; entrance to the garage is on the east side.The compositional center of the house is a spacious hall with stairs. On the ground floor there are kitchen-dining room, living room, bathroom, garage with workroom, boiler room and walk-in closet under the stairs. On the second floor: masters' bedroom, two rooms for children, bathroom and a library with access to the balcony. The parents' bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room. Structural system of the house is a wooden frame with filling insulation and outer casing made of wood with refractory and antiseptic impregnation. Walls of south facade are covered with plaster. This system has an effective thermal insulation; four-glazed silver plated windows are used, that reduces heat loss of convection (heated air mass movement) and thermal radiation; system of natural ventilation "alpine pane" is applied. All rooms have optimal sun exposure. The house is a building in a minimalistic style. The combination of wood cover and white walls create a memorable image of a residential house and it fits perfectly into the environment. The house built for this project is economical and energy efficient and has the correct typology and ergonomics that make the stay in it comfortable and cozy.
