Аннотация: One of the effective methods of vibration isolation of the equipment of biogas treatment plants is the use of vibration supports. Technologies for semi-active vibration damping, the main advantage of which is their stability and adaptability to the operating conditions of process equipment, are actively developing. The paper presents the design of a semi-active vibration support with magnetic fluid, the distinguishing feature of which is an extended range of operating characteristics and reduced wear rate of the components. An analysis of the damping characteristics of a semi-active vibration support with permanentmagnets is presented. A simulation model of the considered vibration support has been developed. The simulation results indicate a decrease in the influence of vibration on control points.
