MODELING THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON THE SENSORY PROPERTIES OF FLUORESCEIN IN A BROAD pH RANGE : доклад, тезисы доклада

Аннотация: Fluorescein is widely used in biology and medicine as a fluorescent marker. The dye is characterized by phototransfer reactions of a proton. This phenomenon is a displacement of the ionic equilibrium during the lifetime of the excited state. There is an equation for the relationship of the equilibrium constant in the excited state (pK*) with temperature. The aim of the work was to simulate the effect of temperature on the concentration of ionic forms of fluorescein in the excited state in a wide pH range. Photoprocesses occurring in a mixture of protolytic forms of fluorescein are taken into account by the kinetic model. The solution was found in the form of a dependence of the concentration of ionic forms in the excited state on the pH in the stationary approximation. It has been shown that the efficiency of proton transfer at the M-D dissociation stage is regulated by temperature. The work will continue in the direction of the implementation of experiments and comparison with experimental data.
