Аннотация: The study is devoted to assessing the conditions for establishing of optical inter-satellite links (OISL) in the constellation of spacecrafts of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) GLONASS. As part of the work, a mathematical model was created that describes the orbital motion of the GLONASS satellites relative to the Earth and takes into account the annual revolution of the Earth around the Sun. The conditions for organizing communication channels between spacecrafts located in the same or adjacent orbital planes were analyzed, taking into account the limitations associated with the entry of the spacecraft into the Earth's shadow and with the direction to the Sun.
