Аннотация: The article examines the concept and characteristics of post-penitentiary security measures, proves importance of post-penitentiary security measures in the prevention of recurrent criminality. The author analyzes the place of post-penitentiary security measures in the system of security measures, as well as the place of post-penitentiary security measures in the system of measures of criminal-law enforcement.
