Аннотация: Одномоментный переход системы образования в условиях пандемии на дистанционные образовательные технологии и электронное обучение актуализировал вопрос профессиональной компетентности педагогического работника в контексте цифровой трансформации педагогического процесса. Одной из частных проблем является правовая компетентность педагогического работника в условиях стремительного перехода образовательного пространства на «цифровыерельсы». В статье актуализируется содержание правовой компетентности педагога общеобразовательной организации в условиях развития цифровых способов решения профессиональных задач. Определены основные цифровые профессиональные задачи, требующие правового участия, рассмотрены проблемные педагогические ситуации, проистекающие из недостаточной правовой подготовки педагога. Сформулирован тезис о системных связях цифровой и правовой компетентности педагога общеобразовательной организации. The one-step transition of the education system in the context of a pandemic to distance educational technologies and e-learning has actualized the issue of the professional competence of a teacher in the context of the digital transformation of the pedagogical process. One of the particular problems of the above issue is the legal competence of a teacher in the context of the rapid transition of the educational space to «digital rails». The purpose of the article is to determine the trajectory of digital transformation of the legal competence of a teacher in the context of digital overcoming of the educational consequences of the pandemic. The content of the legal competence of a teacher of a general education organization is updated in the context of the development of digital methods for solving professional problems. An analysis of the data received from education authorities, the works of researchers of digital transformation of education system components, instructional, methodological and legal documents issued by authorized bodies in conditions of digital transformation. The main digital professional tasks that require legal participation are identified, practical situations of pedagogical conflict of participants in educational relations, arising from insufficient legal training of the teacher, are considered and scientifically substantiated. The thesis on the systemic connections of digital and legal competence of a teacher of a general education organization is formulated. The digital transformation of the teacher’s professional competence is not limited to mastering the methods and actions in the information and communication, digital, including educational, environment, but affects most of the components of professional competence, including legal. The article states the need for the attention of authorized bodies and organizations to increase the level of formation of the legal component of the digital competence of teachers.
