Аннотация: Propagation of small amplitude elastic waves in piezoelectric media deformed by the electrostatic field has been considered. Green-Christoffel equations describing the propagation of elastic waves in crystals with the biasing electrostatic field have been obtained. The experimental studies of the field dependence on elastic wave velocities for a number of sillenite structure crystals have been carried out. Non-linear piezoelectric coefficients for BiGeCo, Bi12SiO20have been obtained. © 1982, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
