Аннотация: In this article the base principles of mesh method of tensor analysis of infocommunications networks presented. The main aim of this method is a quality of service characteristics estimation. The primary expression is a utilization equation (the load of system is a multiplication of the intensity of arrival and the average service time) that is used for a tensor model creation. In this work the base postulates and rules of determination of the primitive and auxiliary networks are defined including the rule of the transfer matrix form and way to the quality of service characteristics estimation.
