Аннотация: Dynamics of bacterial plankton community of eutrophic water reservoir in laboratory microecosystems with amino acid lysine was studied using PCR-DGGE technique. The addition of lysine to the microecosystems resulted in changes in the composition of the bacterial plankton in summer; in particular, a number of Lys1 and Lys2 species (genotypes) that consume this amino acid grew fast in the bacterial community. The plank tonic bacterial communities did not respond to the addition of lysine in spring and late summer. The obtained data confirm the hypothesis for the narrow specialization of bacterial plankton species to the consumption of individual organic substances.
