Metrological support of an automated control system for a rocking machine

Аннотация: The article discusses the problem of control automation for wells equipped with sucker rod pumps. The main goals of such automation are presented, the achievement of which allows increasing well productivity, as well as improving working conditions of staff. As a result of the study, the analysis of the features of wells automation equipped with sucker rod pumps was carried out. The principles of automation of such an object were considered and a control system diagram was presented. The presented functional diagram of the SCADA system involves the use of a number of sensors to measure the current parameters of the well. Using the expert assessment method, a reasonable choice of specific measuring devices was made. Reviewed measuring devices are modern equipment of Russian and foreign production, which has a good service life and the necessary measurement accuracy. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
