Аннотация: The structure and magnetic properties of NiCoP films with compositions that correspond to the hcp region located near the line of equilibrium between the hcp and amorphous phases in the (Ni-Co)-P concentrational phase diagram were studied experimentally. The hysteresis loops of these films were obtained. X-ray diffraction patterns were recorded and the phase composition of the films was analyzed. An unusual behavior of magnetization reversal was found, namely, a shift of the hysteresis loops along the field axis and splitting of the loops. Structural investigations showed that this unordinary behavior of the hysteresis loops was due to the two-layered structure of the films. The films consisted of two layers, namely, of an amorphous layer and of a crystalline layer with an hcp crystal structure. The causes of the appearance of this two-layered structure were analyzed and the conditions of the formation of films with such properties were found. A phase diagram for the concentration range of existence of the two-layered films was constructed.
