Аннотация: This article discusses some of the problems (population dynamics, knowledge of the native language) among indigenous peoples of the North, who live in the Krasnoyarsk region (Siberian Arctic, Russia). In their own territories began a new industrialization. Reduced opportunity for these peoples to preserve their unique culture. The necessity to take urgent regulations (laws), which should protect the rights of indigenous peoples who live in the Krasnoyarsk region, to preserve the unique culture, to use their native language in everyday communication. © 2014 Koptseva and Kirko.
