Аннотация: Diffusion of Ge in the liquid alloys of In-Bi and In-Pb is studied by the method of rotating disk at 493, 533, 573, 613 and 653 K. It is ascertained that the diffusion regime during Ge dissolution is observed in all melts. The equation of physicochemical hydrodynamics describes this regime adequately. The isotherms of dissolution rate show that the diffusion coefficient decreases smoothly with the rise of concentration of second component in alloy.
