Аннотация: In this study, the numerical modeling of the stress-strain state of the host rock mass around underground hydraulic structures located at great depths in a mountain massif is carried out. According to the results, the regularities of changes in the stress-strain state of the host mass and the lining of the underground structure during stage-wise construction were established. Moreover, the considered approach enables to estimate the bearing capacity of the lining and the residual life of the structure. This is done using the results of the field data on the change in the convergence of the underground structure with the lining and the numerical analysis of the structural elements stress state. © 2020, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
