Аннотация: A review of results of studying magnetic materials with the use of synchrotron radiation is given. Methods of x-ray magnetooptics provide a way of studying fine details of crystalline and magnetic structures, resolving spin and orbital contributions to the total magnetic moment, obtaining element- and position-sensitive information on magnetic properties of the material, visualizing domains and domain walls, and studying the dynamics of remagnetization
