Аннотация: This paper focuses on the design of a two-circuit scheme of a centralized control system for a group of technological processes in low-carbon steel production. The main feature of the proposed scheme is the presence of an external control loop with a centralized control unit, which is a set of software and algorithmic support. The functioning of control unit is to calculating of reference commands for local control loops in order to implement coordinated control of the system as a whole. For the development of algorithmic support, nonparametric identification and control algorithms were selected. The results of computational experiments presented in the work demonstrate the high efficiency of the proposed scheme. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
