Аннотация: Investigations were carried out into the physical-chemical processes taking place at the piezoceramics-metal interface, the effect of the diffusion bonding parameters on formation of the transition zone and the mechanical strength of the joints under static tensile loading. The piezoelectric characteristics of piezoceramic transducers are also studied. © 2011 Taylor & Francis.
