Аннотация: Показана методика определения модельных характеристик физической подготовленности борцов в дзюдо, имеющих разный уровень спортивной квалификации. На основе результатов, полученных при тестировании физической подготовленности борцов в Академии борьбы им. Д.Г. Миндиашвили, составлены шкалы оценок результатов тестирования их физической подготовленности, определены оптимальные показатели физической подготовленности борцов-дзюдоистов различных спортивных разрядов и весовых категорий. Wrestlers physical readiness control often raises problems of ranging various achievements in the same exercise, comparisons of results in different tests; receptions of an integrated assessment of readiness of sportsmen. In this case special rating scales, norms, boundary sizes of result, which give a chance to classify the sportsman into this or that group of readiness, are necessary. It is known that motion tests represent empirically observable indicators expressed in various units of measure, which mediately, indirectly measure the motor abilities of sportsmen. Therefore, to observe the development of motor qualities of the sportsman objectively it is necessary to develop a unified scale of assessment of physical readiness of wrestlers, expressed in points, instead of the various units of measure. The technique of learning the physical readiness model characteristics of judo wrestlers with different levels of sports qualification (weight categories) is shown in the article. The research described in the article was conducted in Krasnoyarsk Academy of wrestling named after Dmitriy Mindiashvili in May-October, 2011. The research involved a group of judo wrestlers (n = 117). All sportsmen were divided into several groups: First-class and Second-class Sportsmen, Candidates of Master of Sports of Russia and Masters of Sports of Russia. An experiment was conducted for preliminary assessment of the level of physical readiness of sportsmen. In this stage all participants carried out control exercises applied in the training process in the Academy. The estimation of the results shown by sportsmen in control exercises was made in two stages. First, the shown sports results are transformed into points on the basis of a rating scale. Second, after comparison of the points with the norms established in advance the total mark is defined, which characterizes the level of readiness of the sportsman. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of the results of testing sportsmens physical readiness rating scales were made for judo wrestlers of various sports qualification, standard requirements to indicators of physical readiness were also defined. Quantity indicators of judo wrestlers physical readiness revealed in the research will allow operating the training process of fighters more effectively. Thus, there is a possibility to individually dose out the physical activity of the weak links of readiness engaged for liquidation, predicting primary orientation of trainings. The basic results of the research consist in the following: rating scales of physical readiness are defined, standard requirements to indicators of physical readiness are revealed and quantity assessment of model characteristics of physical readiness is described.
