Аннотация: The phase composition, crystal structure, and magnetic properties of films of FePd, FePt, and Fe50Pd50-xPtx (x=3-10 at.%) ordered alloys were studied. The spectral dependences of the Faraday rotation and optical absorbance were measured. The effect of heat treatment on the crystal structure, magnetization, and coercivity of ordered-alloy films were studied. It was shown that films of FePd and FePt ordered alloys in the region of equiatomic composition and Fe50Pd50-xPtx films (x=3-10 at.%) can be used as media for thermomagnetic recording of data. © 2007 by Allerton Press, Inc.
