Аннотация: The authors look at the question of the link between the transitions of induced fluorescence (i.t.f.) in native forms and the functioning of the photochemical reactions I and II. On inhibition of photosystem II (diuron, raised temperature) the i.t.f. cease. Photochemical reaction I influences the rate of attenuation of fluorescence and its intensity. The cofactors stimulating the cyclic flux of electrons after preliminary exposure to diuron lead to fall in the general level of fluorescence. On the basis of this fact the authors consider the participation of the fluorescing forms of the pigment in the work of the first photochemical reaction. Study of the character of the i.t.f. and their intensity against the background of various combinations of diuron and cofactors suggests that the site of incorporation of the cofactors in the electron transport chain of photosynthesis is not constant and migrates depending on the experimental conditions. The i.t.f. may be modelled in a system with spatial uncoupling of electron acceptors and donors in the presence of chlorophyll as a photosensitizer. The paper presents a hypothesis on the nature of the relation between the character of the i.t.f. and the conditions of preliminary dark incubation of chlorella. © 1973.
