Аннотация: Melt parameters have been measured as a function of their temperature (1373-1713 K) and composition. Activation energies of viscous flow and electric conduction have been calculated using these data, with the last calculated separately for the high- and low-temperature sections. The increase of viscosity, electric conduction and activation energy with a growth of germanium dioxide content in a melt has been revealed. There are no any typical points on the viscosity isotherms. The data obtained are shown to be greatly different on similar characteristics of binar boron oxide - lithium (potassium) oxide melts.
