Аннотация: The possibility of biosynthesis of polyoxyalkanoates with high yields using products of gasification of lignites of the Kansk-Achinsk field prepared with a new technological scheme was shown. The gasification process developed is based on a united cycle involving stages of oxidative pyrolysis of lignite in the fluidized bed of metallurgical slag and the treatment of the semicoke obtained with steam. It is shown that the resulting synthesis gas meet the physiological requirements of the bacterial culture synthesizing a polymer with respect to CO2:H2 ratio.
