Аннотация: PERSPECTIVE SPORTS TO INCLUDE TO PROGRAM OF WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES A.Yu. Bliznevsky, professor, Ph.D., Honored trainer of Russia V.S. The purpose of the research was to determine most perspective sports to include in the program of Winter Olympic games. Analysis of international Olympic movement promoted principally important conclusions. The program of winter Olympic games in view of time frames of conducting this forum can be considerably expanded. Inclusion to the Program of winter Olympic games of new kinds of sport will not prevent from increase of quantity of sport discipline of kinds of sport, its constituents today. The closest changes in the range of sports of the Program of winter Olympic games can be introduced on the session of International Olympic Committee in summer 2011. Ski orienteering and Russian hockey are most perspective sports disciplines for inclusion to the of winter Olympic games, which competitions are conducted on natural snow or smooth ice. Both of these sports can be duly represented on Olympic games. Speaking on preference, Ski orienteering has it by several positions. However, according to Olympic Charter Olympic games are competitions with single athletes, but not between national teams, great role for many states plays so called informal team classification between countries-participants of Games by the number of won medals of different denomination. In view of this factor ski orienteering is of special interest: Nowadays administration of sports branch of the Russian Federation, possessing great potential in development of winter sports, can take maximum efforts for expansion of the Program of winter Olympic games with perspective for our country sports.
