Аннотация: The experiments on microevolution of plasmid containing Escherichia coli bacteria strains MG1655 under long-term continuous culturing in the pH-stat (an analogue of turbidistat) allowed studying microevolution transitions in recombinant bacteria population, associated with loss of features determined by the cloned genes. Generally the aim was to verify the validity of criterion of microevolution in turbidistat expressed as energetic substrate (used by the species population succeeded in the competition) flow increasing.
