Аннотация: One method of identifcation of fuel cell stack voltage drops and classification of reasons of the drops is considered in the paper. This method allows to define the voltage drop as soon as possible after beginning of the drop. At the same time, using certain variables of the process, reasons of the drop are recognized. The following reasons are taking into account: drying up of the membrane from the cathode side and from the anode side, air starvation, high CO concentration.
