Research of technology and productive capacity of rotor mining-loading complex during the fan advancing of the field of excavation operations in the coal PIT

Аннотация: Open-cast mining of flat and horizontal beds of coal deposits with large reserves and areas was carried out with application of progressive operations, on the basis of rotor mining-loading complexes (excavators). During this open-cast mining, the choice ofdirection of advancing (development) of field of mining operations in open pit makes a significant influence on coal extraction efficiency. Russian and global practice apply the schemes of parallel, fan and combined advancing of field of operations in the continuous coal extraction technology. The parallel scheme is the most widely spread and has the easiest construction. However, its application is accompanied with the constant increasing and reconstruction of transportation lines, which is not possible in case of application of fan development system. This article presents the researches of operation of mining-loading equipment during the fan advancing of the field of mining operations, including the analysis of productivity of miningloading equipment in the changing mining-technical conditions (width of excavator stope). There were also developed and proposed the technological decisions, which make it possible to increase the efficiency of mining of coal reserves during the fan advancing of the field of mining operations and to regulate the production capacity of mining-loading complex in open pit.
