Аннотация: In connection with the development of the nuclear industry factor effects of ionizing radiation on man and his environment takes on a global character. For continuous monitoring the radiation situation in Russia to create a unified state automated radiation moni- toring system(EGASKRO), which consists of a network of monitoring stations across the country. These positions, including installed in the settlements. Coordinate the establishment and development of EGASKRO involved Roshy- dromet. Forming regional monitoring system, the overall structure involved previously created territorial and sectoral radiation monitoring system. An important part of ARMS is an industry automated radiation monitoring system(ARMS) Rosatom, covering surveillance zone of nuclear power plants and the nuclear industry. ARMS provides information about the radiation environment on the territory of the nuclear radiation hazardous objects, in the sanitary protection zone (SPZ) and a surveillance zone (ZN). With it directly carried out predictive calculations of radioactive pollution. Construction of radiation safety control systems nuclear radiation hazardous objects, based on any concept. Any concept of construction of such systems based on the principle of measurement of radioactive contamination of the parameters based on the selection of sensors that measure certain characteristics of impurities - it direct concen- tration or dose rate of photon radiation, the number of sensors and method of their placement around the object. The method depends on the placement of the sensors most likely to spread the emission, which is determined from the wind rose compiled by meteorological observations. Operating experience ARMS designed for continuous automated monitoring of the radiation situation in the enterprises areas of location of the nuclear industry is already more than 20 years. So at the Mining and Chemical Combine in Zheleznogorsk Krasnoyarsk ARMS since 1996. The system is certified by State Standard of the Russian Federation. ARMS MCC is intended to provide information about the radiation environment and the dynamics of change. In the year it runs up to 600 thousand measurements. One of the hardware requirements of environmental radiation control in the Siberian region is the possibility of stable operation detection units in severe climatic conditions. Due to the high requirements to the equipment for radiation safety, as well as the new regulations Production radio-ecological monitoring in the sanitary protection zone and a surveillance zone of nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities are constantly being improved.
