Аннотация: In work were measured electrodynamic properties of the titanium dioxide nano-powders using the transmission line technique and the Nicholson-Ross-Weir mathematical model for calculation permittivity and permeability values. Were studied the influence of heat treatment of nano-powder of titanium dioxide on the electrodynamic properties. Have been tested a new method for fixing powder in the sample holder. © 2019 IEEE.
